Incredible Greek food at a family establishment. George and his sons are extremely welcoming and the atmosphere allows for great conversations. The food is always delicious, with very generous portions. The Yianni is a favorite of mine!
Excellent family restaurant. George and the staff always make one feel like home. Food and portions are of the highest quality. We don't get out much but when we do, the Hellenic is my family's favorite choice!
I have been coming here since I was a child with my parents. My husband and I now enjoy it together. My parents now live out of state and this is always a must when they come visit. Food and service are always excellent. Marie, Lynn and Mary are some of the best waitstaff ever. A must try if you are on the north fork . I must add we are south fork residents and never hesitate to take the ride. Great family run business......stop by you won't regret it.
Used to love going here for baked fish and the Greek salad when the owners father was the chef. Have not been back since 1999 but if I’m ever out on Long Island I’d go back
Great value and almost worth the long drive from Nassau county. Love the food and the service is first rate! Made a staycation out of it this summer and went to the lavender farm near by. Can also do a winery with the trip but hard to choose one without a lot of research.
